We are a multi-disciplinary clinic offering several treatment and exercise modalities.
It is possible that you begin with one treatment modality and progress to another…..or progress from hands-on treatment to rehabilitation and onto pilates as a form of strength and conditioning.
We also aim to offer a complete Health and Conditioning service via our network of approved Health and Fitness professionals.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations so that we may use the appointment for someone else. Missed appointments will incur the full charge.
